This position involves collaborating with hiring managers to develop a proactive approach to attracting and retaining top talent across healthcare organizations. The successful candidate will lead all aspects of the talent acquisition process, including strategy implementation, sourcing, screening, and employment offer development.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to build recruitment strategies for current and future career opportunities.
">
Determine appropriate recruiting resources for sourcing, advertising, and generating pools of qualified candidates for both exempt and non-exempt positions.">
Support and coordinate details to ensure a smooth conversion process for temporary-to-hire positions.">
Suggest process improvement initiatives to ensure stakeholder satisfaction and process efficiency.">
Promote the company image to candidates and external service providers.">
Proactively source candidates and develop networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future opportunities.">
Negotiate and / or support hiring manager in developing new hire compensation packages / offers.">
Effectively partner with internal, external, and internet-based resources in the course of conducting employment advertising and sourcing campaigns.">
Support and provide needed information to ensure downstream processes; such as background checks, onboarding, and any other new hire-related tasks are completed effectively.">
Required Skills and Qualifications
">
The ideal candidate will possess :
">
A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related major, Human Resources preferred; or high school diploma / general education diploma and 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.">
Experience assessing and qualifying candidates using behavioral interviewing techniques, candidate assessments, and other effective tools.">
Experience in full life cycle recruitment, from job opening to onboarding stages; as well as previous experience building pipelines of talent for key roles.">
Ability to quickly develop and maintain strong relationships with internal customers and external customers.">
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).">
Demonstrated ability to perform the Essential Duties of the position with or without accommodation.">
