- Track candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Use job portals like LinkedIn Recruiter effectively
- Analyze requirements and evaluate candidate skills
- Conduct telephonic interviews
- Coordinate final interviews with clients
- Request and verify references
- Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience
- Support candidates from offer to onboarding
- Maintain weekly trackers and reports
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers
What do you need to suceed?
