This is an onsite role in CDMX

Responsibilities Include

• Lead and manage the recruitment team.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Partner with department heads and leadership to understand staffing needs and priorities.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to leadership.
• Use data and tools, including Excel, to track and analyze recruitment performance.
• Maintain a highly organized recruitment pipeline and ensure timely communication with candidates.
• Coach and mentor recruiters to improve performance and achieve team goals.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by leadership.
