Define project scope, monitor execution, and ensure deliverables are met on time and within quality standards. Communicate across multiple stakeholders to align expectations, resolve issues, and report outcomes. Act as a subject matter expert, collaborating with and managing teams to drive performance and decision-making. Provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams. Foster a collaborative environment where team members share ideas and solutions. Utilize data-driven insights to inform decisions and optimize delivery processes. Implement best practices in project management to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Mentor and guide team members to support professional growth. Continuously assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes. Expert proficiency in Agile Project Management. Advanced knowledge in : Risk Management Scope Management REST API Development IT Transformation Planning Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
