Overview

Job Title : Technical Product Manager

Job Description : We are seeking a Technical Product Manager with a minimum of 6 years of experience to lead digital product development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of agile methodologies, product management tools, and technical knowledge to collaborate effectively with frontend and backend development teams. This role requires strategic thinking, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills to ensure products align with business goals and user expectations.

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Job Responsibilities :

Manage end-to-end product backlog : creation, prioritization, and maintenance of user stories in Azure DevOps

Gather and document functional and technical requirements, ensuring traceability and alignment with business objectives

Lead refinement sessions and internal reviews with frontend and backend teams to ensure clarity and feasibility before execution

Execute functional, backend, and integration testing, including API validation and contract testing

Apply Design Thinking principles to enhance user experience and product quality

Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision and translate it into clear technical deliverables

Oversee the full software development lifecycle from conception to deployment

Descripción del puesto : Buscamos un Gerente de Producto Técnico con al menos 6 años de experiencia para liderar iniciativas de desarrollo de productos digitales. El candidato ideal tendrá una sólida comprensión de metodologías ágiles, herramientas de gestión de productos, y conocimientos técnicos que le permitan colaborar eficazmente con equipos de desarrollo frontend y backend. Este rol requiere habilidades estratégicas, técnicas y de comunicación para garantizar que los productos cumplan con los objetivos del negocio y las expectativas del usuario.

Educación : Título universitario en Ciencias de la Computación, Tecnología de la Información o un campo relacionado.

Responsabilidades del puesto :

Gestionar el backlog del producto de principio a fin : creación, priorización y mantenimiento de historias de usuario en Azure DevOps.

Recopilar y documentar requisitos funcionales y técnicos, asegurando trazabilidad y alineación con los objetivos del negocio.

Liderar sesiones de refinamiento y revisiones internas con equipos de desarrollo frontend y backend para garantizar claridad y viabilidad antes de la ejecución.

Ejecutar pruebas funcionales, de backend e integración, incluyendo validación de APIs y pruebas de contrato.

Aplicar principios de Design Thinking para mejorar la experiencia del usuario y la calidad del producto.

Colaborar con stakeholders para definir la visión del producto y traducirla en entregables técnicos claros.

Supervisar el ciclo completo de desarrollo de software, desde la concepción hasta el despliegue.
