Project Technical Lead

Responsibilities

• Responsible for development projects including timing, RnD budget and product quality
• Lead large engineering project team including hardware, software, mechanical, systems, test and safety engineers
• Coordinate cross discipline activities by working closely with each discipline lead within the project team which may be local or in remote RnD locations
• Develops, defines and executes project plans, schedules, budgets and deliverables
• Identifies needed resources for projects, defines and assigns major project roles
• Ensure all discipline leads have completed required work products at various gates of the product life cycle and prepare Engineering Release package for each gate
• Responsible for project configuration and change management execution, this includes both engineering releases and series production releases
• Support the communication between manufacturing plants and engineering teams
• Primary technical contact to the customer release engineers
