Chickpea Trading ProfessionalWe are seeking a seasoned Chickpea Trading Professional to lead our international chickpea portfolio, overseeing procurement, trading and sales strategy, as well as risk management and supply chain execution.A proven trader with deep knowledge of international chickpea markets, strong decision-making ability and leadership skills is required to drive growth and profitability.The ideal candidate will have experience in leading teams and managing trading portfolios, with a strong analytical background and data-driven decision-making skills.We offer a dynamic work environment and opportunities for career growth and development.Responsibilities : Lead the full cycle of chickpea trading, from sourcing through to customer delivery.Research and evaluate global market opportunities, building a pipeline of suppliers and buyers.Identify and mitigate risks tied to pricing swings, supply chain disruptions and international shifts.Represent the company across international markets, cultivating partnerships with growers, processors, clients and brokers.Negotiate sales and purchase contracts, ensuring adherence to company standards and international trade rules.Requirements : University degree in Agribusiness, Economics or Business Administration.Significant hands-on experience in international chickpea trading, including procurement and market development.Demonstrated success leading teams and managing trading portfolios.Strong analytical background with data-driven decision-making skills.Knowledge of risk management strategies, international trade practices and logistics processes.
