The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.
Responsibilities
- 1. Sales Target Setting and Execution : Formulate and decompose regional sales targets, execute customer order plans, and achieve annual sales targets.
- 2. Store Management : Manage store operations, empower and manage regional merchants or guides.
- 3. Product Management : Manage regional product structures, help customers adjust and optimize product structures.
- 4. Channel Development and Management : Develop and manage sales channel networks, optimize layouts and performance.
- 5. Market and User Insights : Collect target customer needs and competing product information through multiple channels, and form professional suggestions through comprehensive analysis.
- 6. Marketing Activity Development and Implementation : Develop and implement marketing activities in the jurisdiction.
Qualifications
1. Language requirement : Chinese or English is preferred (if Chinese is better, it can be used as a working language).
2. Educational requirements : Bachelor's degree or above is preferred.
3. Work experience requirements : More than 2 years of manufacturing-related sales experience is required.
4. Others : Business trips are acceptable.
