What You'll Do

As a Business Development Executive, you'll be responsible for finding and securing new customers, growing a strong book of business, and closing high-impact freight deals in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Your Day Might Include :

• Owning and expanding your territory with a hunter mentality
• Generating and qualifying leads through outbound prospecting
• Building and executing strategic plans to grow market share
• Winning and growing key accounts, from first contact to long-term partnership
• Delivering solutions that move freight and move the needle
• Tracking your pipeline in our CRM and reporting on key wins and metrics
