The company's history is marked by the adoption of advanced technology and the development of its own models, making it a significant player in the Chinese automotive industry.Objective : Ensure legal compliance and protect the company’s interests by reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts, as well as providing legal advice on corporate matters.Responsibilities : Review, draft, and negotiate commercial, supplier, employment, and other legal contracts.Ensure compliance with applicable legal regulations and company policies.Provide legal advice on corporate, contractual, and regulatory matters.Identify and mitigate legal risks in the company’s operations.Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper implementation of contractual clauses.Handle contractual disputes and provide support in legal proceedings involving the company.Keep corporate legal documentation updated and in compliance with regulations.Represent the company before governmental or regulatory entities when necessary.Requirements : Education : Bachelor’s degree in Law, with a professional license.
