HEAD OF QUALITY (QPP) – Location EL SALTO, JALISCO

Your Tasks

• Responsible to coordinate incoming inspection if necessary in regards to quality related aspects for a defined plant or region.
• Initiating and dealing with quality-relevant issues for purchase parts in series production, including conducting and coordinating the necessary complaints management.
• Initiating charges and negotiating the reimbursement.
• Conducting regular meetings, Q-visits and audits at the suppliers within the context of Q-improvements in series production.
• Escalation to management level in case of relevant quality risks which cannot be resolved by the supplier or by the team.
• Deploying employees corresponding to their qualifications within the relevant structure. Instructing and supporting employees in a target-oriented and motivating manner to fulfill the tasks.
