Supply Planning Analyst

Analyze, manage, and execute purchase requisitions based on demand, forecast, and inventory plans. Provide operational and analytical support in supply chain processes to ensure product availability and “on time” deliveries (both vendor and customer). Follow-up on open orders in coordination with internal areas such as logistics, customs, sales and customer service.

This role contributes to improving product availability, inventory efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Follow up on vendor ́s ON TIME performance.

Creation and maintenance of the databases to follow up on the seasonal performance, product launches, collaborations etc.

Share relevant information regarding supply with commercial, logistics, and customer service teams on a weekly basis.

Register and update information in planning systems.

Support in managing inventory transfers between warehouses or channels.

Maintain updated reports on demand, supply and future buys.

Responsible for maintaining system integrity (demand and supply data)

2-3 years of experience and professional achievements in supply planning, sourcing, or other related supply chain functions.

~ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a four-year college or university with a concentration in Supply Chain, Finance, or Business Administration is preferred.

~ Proficient English skills.

You should be very comfortable with interpreting large sets of data from a variety of sources and translating them into a factual-based plan.

You should be proficient in the Microsoft suite of products, with the highest priority on excel and formula writing.

Familiarity with systems such as SAP and Power BI.
