JOB SUMMARY
The Inside Sales Specialist (ISS) plays a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying new sales opportunities, qualifying prospects, and managing customer relationships through effective communication and sales strategies and contribute to overall sales targets.
KEY REPONSABILITIES
- Lead Generation : Proactively source new sales opportunities through outbound calls and emails.
- Prospect Qualification : Evaluate inbound and outbound leads to ensure alignment with company products and services.
- Sales Presentations : Deliver part sales demonstrations and presentations tailored to customer needs and decision-makers.
- Relationship Management : Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers to build loyalty and encourage repeat business.
- Sales Closure : Work toward achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively handling objections and closing opportunities.
- CRM Management : accurate information within systems to track performance metrics.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.2–3 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or customer-facing sales support roles.Familiarity with industrial equipment, manufacturing, or technical product sales is a plus.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
