Because right now we are looking for someone to join us as Inside Sales Team Leader.
We are looking for someone to manage the sales processes and team for the Mexican market.
Your team will have approximately 8 people (Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives) and is located entirely in Mexico City.
All your actions must have one main objective : to deliver sales results and ensure that the number of institutions using LiveKid grows steadily!
What will your main responsibilities be?
Sales funnel management : independently tracking sales opportunities and keeping up to date with each sale.
This will help you gain a thorough understanding of our market and become a strategic partner for discussions, analysis, and implementation of new sales ideas.Go-getter mentality : at LiveKid, we believe that leaders are professionals in practice, so you will also have your own sales targets.
This will bring you closer to our potential customers, give you a thorough understanding of the industry, and keep you up to date with how our app works.Direct and straightforward sales coaching : working with ambitious salespeople who achieve their goals is essential.
Your task will be to work 1 : 1 with the team, coaching, mentoring, and being very direct in terms of discipline and work ethic.
We expect total honesty and less talk, more action.Data analysis and decision-making based on numbers : in sales, there is no development without analysis!
You will listen to calls, analyze funnels, and actively participate in sales presentations (more than 50% of your time).
Numbers guide all our decisions.Flexibility and a can-do attitude : support for new projects and initiatives.
We are growing very dynamically, so additional projects and initiatives will surely arise where you will be a leader or support.
We don't want to mislead you : flexibility and transparency are fundamental for us (especially in the role of Manager)!
Balance between execution and management : you must be strict with discipline, especially in sales and work ethic, but also know when to lead and when to execute directly.What KPIs will you be working on?
In the SDR (Sales Development Representatives) team : Presentations made, presentations scheduled, and time spent on calls.In the AE (Account Executive) team : New Sales MRR (monthly recurring revenue from new sales), conversion of meetings to won opportunities, and number of presentations made.The entire Sales department : New Sales MRR.What are we looking for?
Extensive experience in online sales (phone, video conferencing, email) - this will be your day-to-day!
Several years of experience managing sales teams - do you enjoy working with people and helping them grow?
Strong focus on achieving goals and delivering results - for us, goals aren't just numbers on paper!
Direct and honest personality - less talk, more concrete results.Conversational English - you'll be coordinating with our HQ in Poland!
