Purpose
- Execute, administrate, control, and evaluate District sales strategies / activities according to the objectives of the assigned DSM area.
- Serve as the main action driver between al administrative and support departments and the field team.
- Daily basis follow-up back-office activities pursuing monthly targets of retail and wholesale, reimbursement, PMA performance analysis, inventory management, sales planning, training coordination.
- Develop specific actions plans along with the field team to incentive dealers to accomplish KPI.
- Ensure sufficient & balanced levels of inventory in terms of volume, mix and timing ageing stock.
- Ensure the necessary training and skills levels on the region.
- Ensure coordination between training, Marketing, finance, aftersales and sales departments regarding topics that hit dealers directly.
- Completing sales reports and submitting them to upper management for review.
- Support in outstanding events organization
Tasks
Align strategies with low performers dealersWork with the DSM to create the necessary actions plans for meeting objectives.Contribute district sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews to achieve district sales operational objectives of Soueast.Send objectives, plans, incentives, and other communications to ensure proper understanding, knowledge, and execution of current strategies / programs / actions in a timely manner.Provide daily feedback to the field DSM on company new updated directions along all topics.Analyze ordering, sales inventories, and commercial actions to support the overall action plans on the fieldSkills
