There is generally a step by step sequence of standard operational tasks which need to be followed to achieve an end result.Job DescriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesCreate CAD models and drawings using company sponsored CAD systemsWork within the guidelines of applicable GE Policies and Procedures, Engineering Standards, Design Customer Operating Procedures, Specifications, Government and Commercial Standards, and special security requirements.Understand Design Change documentation and requirements and execute changes.Define dimensional constraints and geometric tolerances required for proper clearances and fits while maximizing manufacturing capabilities.Learn to perform basic stack-ups.Understand input from the different engineering disciplines.Concurrently work on multiple projects, monitoring progress and quality, and ensuring schedule requirements are met.Identify process and product improvements.Self-check of work.Required QualificationsEngineering Bachelor's DegreeSolid contribution in a similar role or previous positionMust be able to maintain a normal day-to-day fluid conversation in English on any topic with few mistakes (mistakes that do not affect clear understanding).

Sound understanding of design principles relevant to function (GD&T, CAD).

Presentation Skills : Ability to communicate across functions.Desired CharacteristicsStrong oral and written communication skills.

Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
