Job Description :

We ́re seeking a Manager, Clinical Service Lines to lead, optimize, and expand clinical support functions across multiple sites. This role is ideal for a healthcare operations leader with a strong background in financial management, service line expansion, and talent development.

The ideal candidate is bilingual (English / Spanish), experienced in managing cross-functional healthcare teams, and has a passion for operational excellence and improving patient support services.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage clinical support operations, including revenue cycle, coding, and clinical documentation teams.
• Drive performance improvements and cost optimization across multiple service lines and sites.
• Manage budgets, P&L, and financial targets.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve client satisfaction and service delivery.
• Implement process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) for operational efficiency.
• Support strategic planning for service line growth and clinical excellence.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and data privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA).
• Oversee workforce planning, training, and development for large, diverse teams.
