Job Title
The Channel / Partner Account Manager is responsible for assisting in the development of new partners within assigned regions, driving and expanding partner relationships, establishing clear and concise partner development plans, and working closely with the marketing team to integrate impactful go-to-market strategies.
Key Responsibilities Include :
- Identifying and prioritizing key relationships with partners that will drive increased sourced pipeline and bookings for D5 solutions.
- Ensuring effective and timely co-selling motions with direct sales teams.
- Establishing oneself as the primary point of contact for day-to-day account management inquiries and performance concerns, providing ongoing enablement of solutions and value propositions to customers.
- Delivering exceptional account management services that achieve sales and service excellence.
- Driving growth and development of mutually beneficial relationships between account teams and key internal stakeholders.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have the following skills and qualifications :
At least 2 years of experience in building alliance partner programs within software markets, preferably in the AEC sector.A proven track record of exceeding business development and booking goals.Experience in personally managing end-to-end partner enablement plans, encompassing both business development and technical product training / knowledge transfer.Able to work collaboratively with direct sales and marketing teams to close deals successfully.Ability to develop a quantifiable business case with partners to establish and drive strong, mutually beneficial partnerships.Strong relationships with senior executives and owners within the partner community.Exceptional listening and empathy skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize accordingly.
