About The Role
Campaign Coordination : Manage email builds, landing pages, webinars, and asset localization in Pardot and the CMS, organized via Workfront.Spanish Localization : Tailor content for local regulations, sector nuances, and buyer personas while maintaining brand standards.Internal Communications : Assist with sales newsletters, campaign briefings, and event communications; keep calendars and trackers current.Asset Governance : Maintain Frontify / DAM libraries with consistent naming, tagging, and version control.Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance : Check copy, links, forms, UTMs, layout, and mobile responsiveness before launch.Event Support : Coordinate registration pages, vendors, shipping, and on-site logistics; maintain event calendars and stakeholder updates.Reporting Support : Compile engagement and lead metrics; assist in building dashboards and post-campaign readouts.Compliance Partnership : Work with ops to align with LFPDPPP data privacy practices and preference management.

Languages : Strong Command of Spanish and English; Portuguese a Plus.Travel : Up to 5% for Events and Team Activities.
