Network Design Program Manager, MX Ops, Supply Chain...

We are looking for a Program Manager to join the Fulfillment Experience Supply Chain team. By joining this team of professionals, you'll be part of one of the fastest growing and fastest moving organizations inside the world’s most customer centric company; Amazon. This role involves driving critical decisions with cross-functional teams and senior leadership and demands strong program management skills along-with an ability to drive data driven discussions. We expect the candidate have exceptional analytical, planning and written / verbal communication skills.

Key job responsibilities

• Create and implement improvements to our transportation network that deliver flexible and efficient products on behalf of our customers
• Deployment to various geographies within Mexico in order to launch the most innovative delivery solutions.
• Make the existing processes scalable by identifying and implementing available tools / automation
• Plan and organize multiple stakeholders with multitasking teams to develop the best solutions for the network.
• Analytical outputs based on data driven decisions are expected to impact the network.
• Candidate will configure and plan a network of over 50 arcs.
• Work with program managers, business leaders and executive team to communicate and impact critical business initiatives
