The Hispanic Field Marketing will be responsible for developing and implementing B2B field marketing and ABM strategies to drive business growth and strengthen Adobe’s positioning in Latin America. Acting as a bridge between sales, marketing, and enterprise accounts , this professional will ensure that all initiatives are aligned with business objectives , growing the pipeline through creation, progression, and revenue acceleration .

This role requires strong experience in data-driven marketing, event management, and relationship programs , as well as the ability to orchestrate multichannel campaigns that impact high-level decision-makers (C-Level, VP, Directors). The professional will work collaboratively with internal teams and partners , ensuring that all actions improve return on investment and support the business KPI's.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to drive opportunities and strengthen relationships with enterprise accounts.
• Lead events and relationship programs crafted to accelerate pipeline creation, progression, and upsell opportunities.
• Manage multichannel marketing campaigns, integrating them with sales initiatives to support pipeline growth and drive upsell strategies within existing accounts.
• Collaborate with sales teams and strategic alliances to ensure that marketing initiatives are highly effective in converting opportunities.
• Analyze customer data and insights to optimize campaigns, ensuring personalization and relevance in interactions.
• Manage marketing budgets and resources, ensuring efficiency and maximum impact of initiatives.
