The Role :

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager – Latin America to drive marketing strategies that strengthen our connection with smallholder farmers, generate demand, and position our brand as a trusted partner in agriculture. This role will also ensure that our products and services deliver real value to farmers in each region.

Key Responsibilities :

• Marketing Strategy & Brand Development : Design and implement marketing strategies aligned with our mission, building trust in the East West Seed brand.
• Product Portfolio Management : Collaborate with R&D and Sales to identify and promote seed varieties tailored to each country and region.
• Digital Marketing & Demand Generation : Lead digital campaigns and manage the brand’s presence on social media to provide farmers with valuable and accessible information.
• Customer Engagement & Trust Building : Develop strong relationships with distributors, farmer associations, and other stakeholders; organize events and training sessions.
• Value-Added Services & Customer Loyalty : Implement training, advisory programs, and loyalty initiatives to strengthen long-term relationships with farmers.
• Budget & KPI Management : Oversee marketing budgets and monitor KPIs to ensure effective strategies.
• Leadership & Culture Development : Lead by example, promote a high-performance culture, and ensure succession planning for key roles.
