Talent Acquisition Partner
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and hiring top talent across multiple functions. You will collaborate closely with our CEO, Board Members, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from job briefing and sourcing to interviewing and offer negotiation.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define effective recruitment strategies.
- Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including professional networks and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
- Conduct structured interviews and assess candidates for technical skills and growth potential.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years focused on the pharmaceutical industry.Strong knowledge of industry-specific terminology and regulatory considerations.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Requirements :
