Key Responsibilities :

• Handle Reservation / Booking, Ticket Sales, Information, and Passenger Operations services
• Calculate fares, arrange routes based on passenger requests, provide schedule and fare information, and ensure coordination throughout the passenger journey
• Issue tickets for domestic and international flights and handle processes such as Endorsement, Rerouting, and the return of tickets
• Report and register operational income, cost, financing, and financial statistical information in relevant systems
