Descripción del trabajoLead as the SAP Functional Solution Architect; guide RFP responses and ERP assessments. Design new business processes, scope engagements, and create roadmaps. Solve complex SAP S / 4HANA problems across the project lifecycle; drive enterprise architecture. Support business development : pre-sales, proposal shaping, and delivery approaches. Develop offerings, assets, and mentor the team. Travel to client sites as required. Passion for technology-driven transformation; deliver value propositions. Deep domain expertise in one or more target industries; market awareness of SAP. Ability to identify value drivers and shape engagement scope. Experience with pre-sales, bid management, and SAP S / 4HANA migration approaches. Strong communication and stakeholder management; ability to engage C-suite. Willingness to travel and adapt to client schedules. Work on transformative projects with global clients. Co-create with leaders to shape innovative solutions. Commitment to responsible business and collaboration. Training for strategy and consulting growth. Diversity, inclusion, and a supportive culture. MBA (Tier-1 preferred) 10–15 years in SAP ERP; 2+ S / 4HANA implementations / transformation projects Experience across SD, WM, TM; cross-functional integration and hybrid ERP Proficiency in workshops, roadmaps, and blueprints for SD / WM / TM Experience with SAP Public Cloud / SaaS; on-prem + SaaS hybrids Ability to engage senior stakeholders and demonstrate business value
SAP S / 4HANA Solution Architect Lead in SD, WM, and TM
We’re seeking an experienced SAP S / 4HANA Solution Architect for a strategic transformation program. This senior, client-facing role covers end-to-end SAP S / 4HANA capabilities across SD, WM, and TM, with strong pre-sales and leadership responsibilities.
About the role
- Position : SAP SD / WM / TM Solution Architect (Lead)
- Location : Mexico City, hybrid (travel to client sites; some US travel possible)
- Experience : 10+ years in SAP ERP; at least 2 S / 4HANA implementations / transformation projects as an Architect or offshore lead
- Industries : Retail, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Hi-Tech, Life Sciences, Pharma, Telecom
- Languages : English – Advanced
