Manager, Clinical Service Lines
Location : Onsite - Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico
Job Description :
We´re seeking a Manager, Clinical Service Lines to lead, optimize, and expand clinical support functions across multiple sites. This role is ideal for a healthcare operations leader with a strong background in financial management, service line expansion, and talent development.
The ideal candidate is bilingual (English / Spanish), experienced in managing cross-functional healthcare teams, and has a passion for operational excellence and improving patient support services.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage clinical support operations, including revenue cycle, coding, and clinical documentation teams.
- Drive performance improvements and cost optimization across multiple service lines and sites.
- Manage budgets, P&L, and financial targets.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve client satisfaction and service delivery.
- Implement process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) for operational efficiency.
- Support strategic planning for service line growth and clinical excellence.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and data privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA).
- Oversee workforce planning, training, and development for large, diverse teams.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, public health, or a clinical discipline.Medical Degree (MD), or Master’s (MHA, MBA, MPH, Nursing Administration) preferred.8–10 years of leadership experience in healthcare operations.Strong financial and budget management experience, including P&L responsibility.Clinical background (e.g., MD, nurse, or allied health professional) is a plus.Project and process management expertise; Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.Proven ability to manage large, high-performing teams in dynamic environments.Bilingual : Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
