Location : Tecnoparque, Azcapotzalco

Work schedule : Monday to Friday business hours (Hybrid)

Skills :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or field as outlined in the essential duties; or High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 4 years of relevant experience as outlined in the essential duties in lieu of Bachelor’s Degree.
• 3+ years of experience in human resources.
• 2+ years of experience in leaves and accommodations.
• 1+ years of experience working with third-party providers in the leave and / or accommodation space.
• Demonstrated knowledge and awareness of compliance policies, procedures and regulations affecting day to day LOAA responsibilities.
• Demonstrated proficiency in employment law.
• Strong proficiency in laws and regulations, including FMLA, and ADA.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
