Human Resources Business Recruiting Partner

We are a worldwide leader in transportation and logistics that provides support to its clients in Mexico with tailor-made solutions covering a wide range of services : Ground Transport, Contract Logistics, and Supply Chain Optimization. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Pedagogy, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources areas within companies in the 3PL logistics sector.

Proven track record in the design and implementation of structures, payroll control, organizational efficiency, and executive reporting.

Ability to participate in strategic decisions and contribute value to management committees or boards of directors.

In-depth knowledge of the Labor Law (LFT), labor audits, and compliance with social standards.

Proficiency in analysis and management tools (Excel). Knowledge and management of KPIs.

Fluent English

Design and implement the Human Resources strategy aligned with business objectives.

• Manage the organizational climate and promote a high-performance culture.
• Establish performance evaluation and skills development programs.
• Oversee payroll administration, benefits, and salary structure.
• Ensure compliance with the Labor Law (LFT), labor standards (NOMs), and social audits (SMETA).
• Automate key HR processes.
