Job Description
Main Objective :
Ensure quality and continuous improvement through non-conformance management (8D's, PPAP, ECR), project documentation, and audits, guaranteeing compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.
What challenges will you have?
Ensure timely customer response and coordinate off-site containment actions for defective material, while guaranteeing technical and systemic failure analysis, and managing failure notifications in the system.
Guaranteefailure traceability : from QMS registration, 8D's analysis, to corrective action verification
Document, compile project information, andissuePPAP to customers.
Reviewbudget, measurement equipment, and procedures required for new projects.
Review and approveEngineering Change Requests (ECRs) submitted to the area.
Collaboratein creating / updating quality documents (FMEA, Control Plan, Risk Analysis),ensuringstatistical data recording, customer failure notifications, and compliance with their specific requirements.
Qualifications
Who are we looking for?
Previous experience in Quality Control Methods and Customer Satisfaction
From 2 to 5years of experience in Automotive Industry
Advanced English level (fluency speaking, written communication)
Technical Knowledge
Experience with OEM's requirements
Strong knowledge on Automotive Core Tools
Problem Solving Methodologies
