As a Quality Automation Engineer , you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in ownership, and has a strong focus on automation.

Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to BMC's and your own success :

• Collaborate with product managers and scrum masters to understand requirements and define the scope and objectives of QA testing.
• Develop comprehensive test strategies, plans, and cases across multiple projects.
• Execute various types of testing, including functional, regression, load, and system testing.
• Work closely with UI / UX designers and developers to ensure requirements are clearly understood and quality goals are achieved.
• Define and articulate quality acceptance criteria for new features and releases.
• Ensure the overall quality and reliability of the product through rigorous testing and validation.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and automation frameworks.
• Maintain a strong focus on automation and scalability in testing practices.

The annual base salary range represents the low and high end of the BMC salary range for this position. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

The range listed is just one component of BMC's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country specific benefits.

At BMC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at / near the top of the range. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $58,950 - $98,250
