International Tax Specialist Role

About the Position :

This role involves overseeing tax structures and risk management in Latin America, tracking relevant changes in tax legislation, and assessing their impact.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop operational tax strategies, assess tax risks, and set up tax reporting and payment processes in countries where the company operates.
• Communicate with consultants in countries where the Group operates, participating in tax structuring and risk management.
• Supervise tax accounting methodologies and participate in the analysis of significant commercial and technical projects.
• Tax review of international operations, contracts, and policies; develop procedures to improve tax efficiency and risk management.
• Communicate with tax authorities, prepare responses, and analyze documents related to tax requests.
