Data Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with hands-on experience in customer service operations, e-commerce, and operations management to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for building workflows, datasets, and simulations that are critical for benchmarking large language models (LLMs).

Your work will ensure that AI systems are tested against real-world business scenarios, validated for accuracy and compliance, and aligned with customer experience standards.

Main Responsibilities :

• Recreate operational workflows for compliance checks (KYC, AML, GDPR, PCI), audits, and internal controls.
• Validate AI-generated outputs for administrative tasks, compliance reports, and operational logs.
• Structure datasets that reflect refund logs, approval workflows, and compliance records.
• Collaborate with tooling developers to simulate dashboards and monitoring workflows.
