A normal day "at the office" as a Technical Support Engineer is almost never the same

You might be at a customer site hands on with troubleshooting, or you are maybe working in the office helping out parts sales team with technical advice or in a meeting with important customers providing technical guiding on their Siemens-Energy delivered equipment.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Provide Technical support to Customers and Siemens Energy FSR's.
• Participate in technical meetings with customers and sub-suppliers.
• Assist in technical sales and sales support, reading and understanding technical specifications.
• Document solutions through drawings, specifications or reports.
• Give advice and technical assistance when needed to other Siemens Energy departments.
