Key responsibilities :
- Proactively initiating conversations with prospects and clients via phone, email and messaging apps, and ensure that allocated clients are introduced / contacted regularly and managed by calls, emails and messaging apps.
- Converting prospective clients from various sources into active funded and traded clients and establish a long-term relationship with active clients.
- Ensure that disputes and queries from clients can be solved in a timely manner.
- Educating prospects and clients about Vantage’s product offerings, platform features and tools, and provide market commentaries and market training sessions exclusively for clients.
- Assist on client behavior analysis and provide reporting on market and trading activities.
To succeed in this role, you bring :
Degree in Finance, Business, Marketing or relevant fields is highly preferred.Strong knowledge and understanding of the CFD / Crypto trading industries.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English, other languages welcome.Experience in outbound sales, preferably offering financial products.Strong communication skills and excellent team player.Highly organized and detail oriented.What's in for you :
