Job Summary

The SAP Supply Chain Functional Lead at Syntax Systems Ltd is responsible for overseeing the functional delivery of SAP solutions for supply chain processes. This role serves as a critical link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring effective implementation, optimization, and support of SAP functionalities to drive operational excellence and meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Functional Solution Design : Analyze requirements and configure SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, TM, EWM) to meet supply chain needs.
• Implementation and Delivery : Lead functional implementation, testing, and validation of SAP modules.
• Business Process Optimization : Identify and recommend best practices to enhance procurement, production, and logistics operations.
• Collaboration : Act as the primary contact for SAP supply chain functionalities and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Leadership : Lead a team of consultants, ensuring high-quality deliverables and project timelines.
• Training and Support : Develop training materials and provide post-implementation support.
• Documentation and Reporting : Maintain documentation and create performance dashboards.
