Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled SAP Order and Service Management (OSM) Consultant to support the
implementation, customization, and optimization of SAP OSM solutions. The ideal candidate will
collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order and service management processes
while aligning with business goals and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Implementation and Configuration :
- Design, configure, and implement SAP OSM modules to support business
requirements.
Customize order and service management processes such as order capture, orderfulfillment, and service delivery.
Integrate OSM with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, PM, and CRM) and third-partysystems.
Process Optimization :Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.Propose and implement solutions to streamline order and service workflows, enhanceefficiency, and reduce errors.
Develop and implement KPIs and reporting tools for order and service management.Collaboration and Support :Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.Provide end-user training and documentation to ensure smooth adoption of OSMfunctionalities.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP OSM processes.Integration and Testing :Ensure seamless integration of SAP OSM with other systems and platforms.Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for newimplementations and updates.
Manage system upgrades and patches to maintain system integrity and performance.Compliance and Best Practices :Ensure that OSM processes comply with industry regulations and standards.Stay updated with SAP’s latest releases and enhancements for OSM.Required
Qualifications and Skills :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.5+ years of experience in SAP OSM implementation and support.Strong understanding of order and service management processes.Proficiency in configuring and customizing SAP OSM solutions.Knowledge of SAP modules such as SD (Sales and Distribution), MM (Materials Management),CRM (Customer Relationship Management), and PM (Plant Maintenance).
Experience with SAP system integration and middleware tools (e.g., SAP PI / PO or SAPIntegration Suite).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Preferred
SAP certification in OSM or related modules.Experience in agile or hybrid project management methodologies.Familiarity with SAP S / 4HANA OSM and its capabilities.Knowledge of reporting tools like SAP BI / BO or Fiori for OSM analytics.Soft Skills
