Our client is a luxury 5-star hotel located in Bangkok, Thailand. The hotel is part of a large worldwide chain.

Position Title : Cluster Director of Sales and Marketing

Package : 250,000 - 270,000 Baht

Benefits : Local package

Key Competencies :

• Lead and execute strategic business development plans for both hotels.
• Oversee and optimize the performance of sales and marketing across both properties.
• Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Set and review sales strategies and performance metrics aligned with budget targets and brand positioning.
• Develop and manage annual departmental budgets and forecasts for both properties.
