Your Impact

As part of our HR team, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processes across NORAM , supporting audits, and contributing to financial reporting. Your work will directly support our commitment to operational excellence and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll processing.
• Ensure full compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies.
• Collaborate with ADP and MyHR systems to maintain data integrity.
• Calculate and manage severance, bonuses, savings funds, and other benefits.
• Prepare documentation and reports for internal and external audits.
