Archroma, a global leader in sustainable specialty chemicals, is looking for a HR Payroll Specialist to join our HR Shared Services Center in Santa Clara, Mexico . If you are a detail-driven professional with expertise in payroll operations, legal compliance, and international coordination, we’d love to connect with you.

&##As part of our HR team, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processes across NORAM , supporting audits, and contributing to financial reporting. Lead end-to-end payroll processing.

Ensure full compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies.

Collaborate with ADP and MyHR systems to maintain data integrity.

Prepare documentation and reports for internal and external audits.

&##5+ years of experience in Mexican payroll operations.

~ Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll systems (ADP preferred).

~ Advanced proficiency in English.
