Descripción del trabajo2+ years of sourcing experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry or highly regulated environments. Strong proficiency in sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and databases. Excellent research and market insights skills to identify talent pools across Mexico. Ability to build relationships and engage passive candidates. Knowledge of ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple requisitions and projects. Fluency in Spanish and English, both spoken and written. You are a proactive and resourceful talent sourcer with a passion for uncovering high-potential talent. You excel at building relationships, even with passive candidates. You are adaptable, detail-oriented, and thrive in a hybrid work environment. You stay current with sourcing best practices and industry trends. You are a team player committed to delivering excellent candidate experiences and supporting organizational hiring goals. Location : Mexico — hybrid role (office and remote work). What you'll do :
- Support the recruitment team by sourcing high-quality candidates for various roles within the pharmaceutical industry in Mexico.
- Use innovative sourcing techniques and tools to identify and engage potential candidates across multiple channels.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
- Conduct market research and talent mapping to provide strategic insights and talent insights for the client.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial outreach through the hiring process.
