Descripción del trabajoOversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff to build a strong local team. Ensure compliance with local labor laws, financial regulations, and company standards. Manage vendor relationships, office administration, and technology infrastructure. Partner with U.S. leadership to align operational strategy with overall business objectives. Provide regular reporting on KPIs, budgets, and operational performance. Drive process improvements, risk management, and quality assurance across functions. Support business growth initiatives, including client service operations and cross-border collaboration. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Operations, or related field (MBA 7+ years of experience in operations management, preferably within financial services, fintech, or capital markets. Proven leadership skills with experience building and managing teams. Strong knowledge of compliance, regulatory requirements, and HR practices in Mexico. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Bilingual : Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken). Ability to travel occasionally to the United States for training and leadership meetings.

Position Overview
The Director of Operations will oversee day-to-day business operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and the ability to build and manage a high-performing team in Mexico City while coordinating closely with executives in the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all operational functions in Mexico City, including back-office, finance, HR, and administrative support.
- Develop, implement, and optimize operational policies, workflows, and procedures to ensure
efficiency and scalability.
