Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; Proven track record of 5+ years in sales leadership, ideally selling to customers in food or beverage.
Demonstrated success in achieving ambitious sales targets and managing key accounts.
Experience in cultivating and developing a high-achieving sales team.
Culturally agile with a strong understanding of international business environments.
Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish.
