About our client

Focused exclusively on South Florida, they provide personalized community association management for HOAs, condos, and developers.

This position is remote and open to all over the country, but you'll be required to visit our offices in CDMX or GDL on the first day (expenses are covered by yourself)

Activities :

Assist Owners with details regarding their transition between management companies, including confirming maintenance amounts, special assessment charges, new account numbers, new lockbox addresses, etc.

Must be able to ease owner concerns and address their specific circumstances based on known information regarding their community's specific transition

Must maintain 2 emails and provide responses within 24 hours

Will assist with data entry to Enroll owners in automatic payments, make minor name corrections, update owner information in the system, and set up login information to their new homeowner portal

Assist owners with navigating the new homeowner portal (same basic layout)

Assist owners with account balance research (some AR research knowledge)

Additional customer service-related tasks as needed

Schedule : Monday to Friday

Standard time CST Mexico City 8 : 00 am- 4 : 00 pm

Daylight saving CST Mexico City 7 : 00 am - 3 : 00 pm
