Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Account Manager - Customer Service (Mexico).
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
They will provide timely and effective support to customers, maintain strong client relationships, and collaborate with other teams to improve service delivery.
Additionally, the Account Manager will assist in onboarding new clients and contribute to the development of customer service strategies.

Qualifications
Fluency in English and Spanish, Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
Customer Service, Client Relationship Management, and Conflict Resolution skills
Communication skills, both written and verbal
Problem-solving and Analytical skills
Time Management and Organizational skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
