• Recruit, onboard, and train new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback Manage payroll and benefits for employees Recruit, develop, and retain top talent Responsible for expatriate personnel management within the company
• Key Skills and Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience 5+ years' experience in human resources Strong recruiting skills and ability to improve talent acquisition strategies Local HR experience in Mexico Proficiency in spoken Chinese; English or Spanish preferred Good professional ethics, communication, and coordination skills Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit
