Overview
IT Consult Partner : Retail Industry role at Kyndryl. Kyndryl designs, builds, manages and modernizes mission-critical technology systems for clients. The role involves leading multi-disciplinary consulting engagements, guiding strategic change with C-suite executives, and delivering high-quality client work across the client ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Drive significant financial outcomes through signings and revenue targets; manage margin expectations and backlog growth to ensure profitability.
- Support identification, pursuit and conversion of a pipeline of business development opportunities; undertake scoping and fee negotiation while preserving profitability and managing risk.
- Build and maintain deep relationships with client CXOs; act as a trusted advisor to senior executives and lead C-level client interactions and consulting initiatives.
- Demonstrate credibility to advise and deliver on complex consulting engagements; strive to enhance client satisfaction as measured by metrics such as Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Lead the design of complex engagements and oversee delivery to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction; manage utilization and contribution objectives for the team.
- Foster a culture of continuous development, ensuring commercial focus, value delivery and effective execution; drive strategic initiatives and innovation.

Required Skills And Experience
Extensive experience in client engagement and relationship management at the CXO level.Proven ability to build and commercialize relationships with senior executives.Track record of leading and executing complex projects with multi-disciplinary teams in a consulting, corporate or public sector environment.Strong financial acumen with experience in driving revenue growth and managing margins.Experience in managing or supporting high-value business development activities with senior stakeholders.Deep understanding of industry trends and technology; strong personal brand and presence in the industry.Demonstrated ability to innovate and drive change.Being You
