Lead Fluids System Engineer (MX)

Belcan is seeking a Lead Fluids System Engineer for our growing team in Mexico. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the successful execution of complex projects within the commercial engines Fluids team organization. Your primary focus will be on making sure to capture Customer requirements for all technical aspects of the projects and managing implementation (schedule and resources if needed), ensuring adherence to industry standards and Customer procedures. You will report to the Senior Technical Leader (STL) and proactively monitoring to fulfill KPIs and support company"s quality policy for deliverables, work closely with STL and other colleagues as well as Customer"s engineering team, have in consideration other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved within the allocated budget and timeframe.

Job Duties :

• Develop engineered solutions to solve aircraft engines fluids systems problems.
• Thoroughly assess fluids systems problems encountered during development, production, and testing.
• Determine the optimal solution for non-conformances and provide guidance and communication to stakeholders, ensuring

process standards are followed, report all relevant / important information to STL and higher management.
