We are seeking a Senior Copilot Engineer to support the design, configuration, and deployment of Microsoft Copilot Studio–based solutions for enterprise automation, reporting, and knowledge management use cases. The ideal candidate has experience in Microsoft 365 ecosystems , Power Platform , Copilot Studio , and AI workflow automation .

Responsibilities :

• Design, configure, and deploy Copilot Studio solutions to support automation, reporting, and knowledge discovery scenarios.
• Develop and optimize prompts , flows , and topics for natural language–based interactions.
• Integrate Copilot Studio with Microsoft 365 , SharePoint , Power BI , and connectors for Salesforce , SAP , and ServiceNow .
• Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and document summarization workflows within Copilot Studio.
• Create workflow automations using Power Automate , ensuring reliability and efficiency.
• Perform scenario testing, security validation , and access control configuration aligned to governance requirements.
• Support the development of metadata tagging , data source mapping , and compliance documentation .
• Collaborate with the AI Center of Excellence (CoE) and internal enablement teams for user training and adoption.
• Participate in defining success criteria, testing acceptance, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Contribute to continuous improvement and optimization of Copilot solutions across departments.
