Descripción del trabajoTroubleshoot and resolve production incidents promptly to ensure system uptime and optimal performance; Manage and optimize Azure DevOps pipelines for continuous integration and deployment; Analyze logs in ElasticSearch to diagnose and resolve application and infrastructure issues; Monitor and manage Docker containers, analyze Docker stats, and ensure optimal container health and performance; Maintain and optimize PostgreSQL databases, including backups, performance tuning, and query troubleshooting; Maintain API documentation using Swagger and ensure seamless API integrations; Work closely with development and operations teams to resolve issues and deploy software updates; 3+ years of hands‑on experience managing production environments; Proven expertise with ElasticSearch, Azure DevOps, PostgreSQL, Swagger, .NET, and Docker; Strong understanding of system performance optimization and container troubleshooting; Experience working in Azure environments, including managing cloud resources and services; Experience with Kubernetes or other orchestration tools – desirable; Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure; Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a distributed team; English : B2 or higher (spoken and written); Technical and non‑technical training for professional and personal growth; Internal conferences and meetups to learn from industry experts; Support and mentorship from an experienced employee to help you professional grow and development; Internal startup incubator; Health insurance; Sports activities to promote a healthy lifestyle; Flexible work options, including remote and hybrid opportunities; Referral program for bringing in new talent; Work anniversary program and additional vacation days;

Project Description
The team is developing a next‑generation web application to support a proprietary platform for cell therapy manufacturing. This position involves providing production support and troubleshooting across critical infrastructure components, ensuring critical uptime and system stability with a flexible schedule and shifts.
