As a Payroll Analyst you will be responsible for executing payroll processes ensuring accuracy timeliness and compliance with applicable regulations. You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to maintain payroll integrity and support reporting and audit activities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Process bi-weekly and off-cycle payrolls for U.S. employees.
• Ensure compliance with federal state and local payroll regulations.
• Review and validate mandatory deductions including Federal and State Taxes Social Security Medicare Withholding and 401(k) contributions
• Generate and submit payroll reports to HR and Finance.
• Assist in preparing quarterly and annual tax filings e.g. W2 via ADP.
• Collaborate with HR Finance and vendors ADP SAP to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Address payroll discrepancies such as corrections garnishments and retroactive adjustments.

At Ruhrpumpen you'll gain valuable experience managing a small U.S. payroll using SAP Employee Central Payroll and ADP. If you already have experience with SAP that's a plus—but if not we'll provide the training you need to succeed.
